Chintasutra award 2021: Call for nomination in 4 sections

Art-Literature-Culture based Webportal ‘Chintasutra’ has introduced ‘Chintasutra Award’ in four sections. Nomination forms have been urged from all interested ones.

The four sections are – 1. Poetry, 2. Fiction, 3. Essay and 4. Liberation war, Patriotism, Social Welfare and Biplabi Bagha Jatin award for social reform.

The names of the nominees for the award can be proposed from July 1 to November 30.

The decision was taken in a meeting of Chintasutra Committee convener Dr Rakibul Hasan on Saturday (May 29). The information was revealed in a press release published on that day.

Committee member Md Israfil Hossain and Mohammad Nurul Haque and others joined the meeting.

According to the decision, no one will be allowed to propose his/her own name. But, they can mention others names considering eligibility. The nominees must have published books. Details about work description of nominees, book numbers and precise work history should be attached with the application.

After getting the names of nominees, the award committee will scrutinize the names from December 1 to December 20. The names of award winners will be announced in last week of December. If any complaints raised against the winners then the issue can be reconsidered with proper documents. Later, the committee will solve those objections on January 1, 2022.

Later, crest, certificates, cash money will be handed over to the winners.
